Ben Harris
Ben is a familiar face on the food festival scene - an energetic, and knowledgeable chef, and presenter, he mixes traditional cooking styles with humour, and warmth to create the perfect recipes for everyone.
I've been a chef for over 20 years... Worked for Jamie Oliver for a few years, then Caldesi, then stated my own business where I was the first person to serve fresh pasta as a street food in London... From there I started working as a home ec for events like the Ideal Home Show, and a teacher of private cooking classes, then some projects for Love Food Hate Waste, and local councils foing outreach work into primary schools for disadvantaged kids... Currently I am private catering, and presenting stages all over the country, and sometimes Europe...
